Satish Chandra D, a registered Sales Tax Practitioner approved by Department of Commercial Taxes, Karnataka, has more than 25 years of experience in varied fields. He has started his carrier with Sri. IS Prasad, Chartered Accountants, past President of Bangalore Branch of SIRC.
After completing 2 successful years in M/s. I S Prasad & Co., he joined World’s leading soft drink company M/s. Hindustan Coca-Cola Bottling South West Private Limited as a Finance person where he gained a rich corporate experience in handling finance and compliances. He was appreciated for his timely delivery of reports and accuracy by the top - management. After working with Coca-Cola for 2 years, he moved to Floraison India Strategic Consulting Private Limited which is business and strategic consulting company.
Where he worked for all the service verticals like Accounting and Book-keeping, Compensation and Benefits, Central and State Compliances and also reporting directly to its CFO.
He was responsible for handling more than 90+ clients which includes MNC’s, Banks, Domestic Corporates, LLP, Liaison Office of foreign companies, Partnership Firms, Individuals etc. He was handled the clients in these fields independently and also headed the Compliances division for more than 14 years.
New Establishment
After completing 14 years of service in Floraison India Strategic Consulting Pvt Ltd, during the year 2013 December he has started his own consulting firm namely “SAI CONSULTANTS”. It is successfully moving on with a team of 10 persons and 4 associates under him.
